At this critical time, when the clichés and dogmas in the name of secularism, socialism, communism, capitalism, regionalism and communalism, lie in tatters in the face of the violence that has overtaken our society, it is time to take a fresh look at the philosophy of Integral Humanism propounded by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.

His thesis on Integral Humanism, given in a series of speeches in Bombay from 22rd to 25th April, 1965, form the basis of a system of governance that is suited to the Indian nation and its people, regardless of caste, religion or region, as an alternative for all round human development.
